The leadership of RWJ Hamilton found the business model and focus of the criteria to be consistent with its philosophy of "living" your values, and supportive of its vision and mission to passionately pursue quality and excellence for all our patients, employees and community. RWJ Hamilton utilized the Baldrige criteria to guide its journey towards performance excellence.
