Occupational Therapy is designed to increase the individual's
ability to perform the skills necessary to lead an independent
and productive life. Treatment may consist of activities
to strengthen and mobilize the upper body, activities to
improve coordination and increase fine-motor dexterity,
education in joint protection and energy conservation, and
training in the performance of daily living skills.
Standard testing, objective measurement and clinical observation,
in conjunction with client and family input, enable our
therapists to develop effective individualized treatment
programs.
Occupational therapy services include:
- Hand Therapy
- Orthopedics
- Geriatric Services
- Return to Work
