
RWJ Hamilton Welcomes Visitors from Tokyo

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton President and CEO Skip Cimino (back row, center) welcomed members of the Japan Productivity Center (JPC) for a visit to the hospital on Tuesday, September 8. The JPC is a non-profit organization with the aim of realizing a more stable and prosperous society in Japan. The group of ten representatives from the JPC, eight of whom flew in from Tokyo, scheduled the visit to learn more about the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award of which RWJ Hamilton was a 2004 recipient. The hospital remains the only in New Jersey to have been recognized for this prestigious award. During their visit, the JPC membership was given a presentation and toured the facility learning about RWJ Hamilton's quality initiatives.
